高粘度泵是容积式内啮合齿轮泵，主动齿轮（外转子）带动被动齿轮（内转子）旋转时，不断产生封闭的空间，在吸油区齿轮逐渐脱离啮合而液体不断地充满齿间并被带到出油区，齿轮在出油区进入啮合时液体被排出。两个旋转齿轮的共同作用，形成一个稳定的体积排量，没有脉动。由于泵是完全对称的，泵可以反转，液流方向也随之改变。但应注意，泵的转向可能受到密封或泵内其它结构的限制，用户有反转要求时应在订货时做出说明。 ●高粘度泵优点： 转子泵的轴向位置可调，不需要拆泵。 泵采用模块化设计，可根据不同的使用要求更换不同部件。可选夹层结构，以方便对泵加热或冷却，可以选择是否带安全阀，可以选择不同的密封形式，详见密封结构图。泵的各个零件可以选用不同的材质以适应具体使用要求。 不同的使用条件，泵的结构形式可能不同，具体应用请向厂家或本公司客户代表咨询。需要指出的是泵的转速愈高，泵的磨损愈严重，液体中如含有磨料物质，泵的材料应选用耐磨材质，在此种工况下，泵的压力和转速都应降低，高温条件下，则应增加泵的间隙，并采用耐热材料 。 流动稳定：流量与齿轮转速成正比，与压力无关 流动平稳：没有脉动和压力波峰，不会产生管道颤动。 坚固的重载结构：低转速。特大球轴承的外部轴承座可以承受轴向和径向负载。 磨损率低：由于主动轮和从动齿轮不成倍数关系。这就意味着磨损可以被均匀的分散在每个齿轮上。因为一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮接触另一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮的次数一样。 磨损调节系统：转子边缘的磨损可以通过调整转子轴的位置来补偿。这样，即使在有相当大的磨损的情况下，也可以保证泵的稳定性。 泵在安装时，应限制泵的进出口所承受的管路负荷。螺纹联接的管接头不得承受负荷，否则会使泵的联接管产生松动或旋紧力矩（管螺纹联接处不允许有旋紧或松动的扭矩，以免）影响管路的联接效果。 ●NYP高粘度泵的起动 泵在起动过程中应特别注意以下几个问题： 起动前要检查下列内容： 检查泵、齿轮箱和电机的对中程度； 检查过滤器中有没有焊皮和金属渣； 检查各连接部位连接是否紧固； 检查管路压在泵上的力和力矩是否超过给定的数值，如果温度较高，还应检查管路是否有膨胀节； 检查电气连接的正确性及电机的额定值，并检查电机转动方向是否正确； 检查泵的转动方向是否正确； 如有安全阀，安全阀安装必须正确， 检查泵轴是否转动灵活； 泵的内部不能是干的，特别是需要自吸的时候，应向泵内灌注一些油或输送的液体； 泵组装时在零件的表面有防护液，如果这种液体不能和泵送液体相容，则必须清洗；
